We are a family run business offering comprehensive building & renovation services across Torbay, Exeter, Plymouth and all the area in between.
Our History
CEP Building and Renovation has been going for nearly 15 years. Originally from the cotswolds in Oxfordshire I moved nearly 10 years ago to start a new adventure and I haven't looked back since.
Our Vision
I've always been involved in period and listed buildings, from complete renovations, alterations and extensions to the careful and more detailed repairs. Our main passions are Lime Plastering and Cob Work.

Lime Plastering
Lime plastering, Lime pointing, Fine plaster finishes and Lime wash coats. Virtually all old buildings were constructed using Lime. It was used in conjunction with many materials depending on the area you lived.
Renovations
If it’s completely derelict or need of an up-grade, this is something which we love to undertake. Renovating your house can be both exciting and daunting.
Roofing
We cover all expects of roofing projects in South Devon and do all our own lead welding. From a small repair to a full replacement.
